The Workshop Process

Every BrickTalk workshop follows a proven flow that balances structure with creativity. It’s designed so that everyone feels included, the conversation stays meaningful, and new insights emerge naturally.

1. Welcome & Warm-Up

We begin by setting the scene and introducing simple building exercises. These help participants relax, get comfortable with the bricks, and start thinking with their hands.

2. Building & Sharing

Participants build small models that represent their ideas, experiences, or perspectives. Each person then shares the meaning of their model with the group. This ensures every voice is heard, not just the confident few.

3. Exploring the Challenge

As the session progresses, models become more connected. Participants use their builds to explore questions, uncover hidden insights, and look at challenges from fresh angles.

4. Reflection & Next Steps

The workshop closes with reflection — what has been learned, what new perspectives have been uncovered, and how these insights can be applied beyond the session.
